Partnering with churches and leaders to create multiplication movements
Ohio Church Consulting
Welcome to The Dillingham Group
The 21st century has unique challenges and opportunities. Many sociologists say that we are a “post-Christian” society. In his book “Lost and Found” Ed Stetzer identifies both the challenge and opportunities associated with the spiritual condition of our modern culture.
The bad news
The bad news is less than 40% of younger people in America are “open to an invitation to church.” That may be discouraging to some who have only really used “invitations to church” as the primary means to discern if someone is spiritually interested.
The Good News
The good news is that over 80% said that they are “open to a (spiritual) conversation” with a friend or someone they trust. This means that we are going to have to train a highly missional and mobilized church to reach this current generation.
We can help you build a culture of disciple-makers that live life on mission and who know how to engage people in spiritual conversations where they live live, work and play.

Our Mission
We want to partner with leaders and their churches to help create a culture where the rapid reproduction of disciples results in a multiplication movement. This kind of church is filled with engaged people who see themselves as missionaries where they live, work, and play. We not only believe this is possible, it is what many pastors and churches are desperately desiring.
